We spotted Cody on a dreary Saturday. We saw the bag first (obviously), and actually started chasing him across the street. It wasn’t until we got closer that we saw 1) those bad ass boots and 2) the pin with an old, 19th or 20th century photograph of a man. After he realized we weren’t going to blape him, we found out he’s actually a painter in Seattle. His specialty is portraits of people and pets, but he also does murals and places. His style is dreamy. Each painting has a lot of texture, but is hazy, as if looking through a cloud. We’re a huge fan, so we encourage you to check it out. His work is available for sale on Etsy, and we were delighted to see it’s affordable.
